"I had my second baby and wanted to get rid of the baby weight and tone. I knew Cindy was the same age as me and she also had children so she would know exactly how I felt post baby with my new "bigger body". She took me for assessments and measurements and worked out an eating plan and exercise program for me that suited my fitness level and requirements. She thoroughly explained the eating and exercise program plan to me and answered all my questions. She focused on my "problem" areas and adapted the eating and exersise plans as I got more fit and to keep it new so I wouldn't get bored. With every session she made sure my posture and technique was right. She is so friendly, approachable and helpfull. I thoroughly enjoy our workouts to this day! "As a senior citizen (now 76 years old) I consulted Cindy to assist me with general fitness, toning and well being. Cindy assessed my level of fitness and prepared a programme appropriate for my age and ability, taking me gradually through the programme. "Age 60 / Height 181cm / Weight 86.4kg, 2 DVT’s under my belt, life had to change drastically so I joined the gym, enlisted the help of a Personal Trainer, Cindy Morom and never looked back. So began my journey towards a new self-image, training 3 times a week with Cindy the sessions are at times challenging but with perseverance excellent results have emerged. I have dropped 2 dress sizes 18/14 and weigh in at 82.6kg (ideal weight 79.2kg) my BMI is within the acceptable range of 25.2 kicking off at 26.4 and to top it all I have shed cm’s in all the right places. Before I joined the gym, food and drink were my mantra, I did not take a keen interest in myself, lacked self-confidence, loathed the skin I was in, needless to say this lifestyle took its toll and the outcome was not a pretty one. "I started training with Cindy when I was 10 weeks pregnant, and it was the best thing I ever did to ensure a smooth pregnancy. Our 3 times a week training sessions were just what I needed to keep my energy levels (and sanity) up. As a mother herself, Cindy knew which parts of my body needed special attention, and she understood all the body challenges and changes that come with pregnancy, which ensured that she constructed an amazing and effective work out plan for me. The positive effects of my training with Cindy came in very handy during my 23 hour (non medicated) labour period, as I barely felt excessive pain (thanks to the pelvic floor presses which I dreaded).
